I have just started it , but in the first few chapters of it is so informative , that it could possibly

change the way that the modern world of today looks at todays health and how they try to combat it.

I know that we are just days away from the year of 2007, but ,I'm sure if you were to just read one chapter you would agree with me.

Today we have so many products on the market telling us this is the cure all to whatever problem you have, but in the same commercial it tells you of all the warring to what it could do to you .

Is there another way to get healthy , with out all this exercise and dieting  pills and vitamins ?

I was amazed at the answer to how to get healthy , and as I stated I learned so much .

I have to say this is the best book I have read so far this year.
